Australian Chauffeurs Group's minimum fares start at A$65 for a car transfer and A$80 for hourly hire, and tolls, parking and GST are included. The quote form gives your exact price before you pay.
There is no single price for a chauffeur, because a ten-minute hop and a four-hour business day are different jobs. What you can know in advance is how the fare is built, what is included and what could add to it. This guide sets that out, using our published minimum fares and terms.
What are the minimum fares?
These are the lowest fares we charge by booking type. Most trips cost more, depending on the route and the vehicle, so treat them as a floor rather than a typical price.

What decides the fare?
The fare is calculated from your exact route, any zone fares, the distance, the vehicle you choose and any surcharges, then checked against the minimum fare for that booking type, with discounts applied and GST included. Because the calculation is the same for every booking, the price on the quote form matches the price on your confirmation.
What is included in the fare?
- Tolls and parking on a pre-booked time booking
- Meet and greet at the airport for hire cars, with no extra fee
- GST
- Flight tracking, so a late flight does not change your pickup
- Up to 45 minutes of waiting after a domestic landing, or 55 minutes for an international arrival
What can add to the fare?
- Waiting beyond the included time, at A$1 a minute, plus an airport parking levy of A$9 per 30 minutes (domestic) or A$29 (international)
- Route or time changes after you book
- Hourly overtime, charged to the nearest half-hour
- Special-event rates for some event bookings
