The drive
Bells Beach, Lorne, the Otways and the Twelve Apostles, at a pace that suits you rather than a bus timetable.
A typical day
Most tours leave Melbourne early, head through Geelong to Torquay and follow the coast through Anglesea, Lorne and Apollo Bay before cutting through the Otway Ranges to the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and the Port Campbell coastline. The return is usually taken on the faster inland route so you are home by evening.
Why go private
Coach tours stop where the timetable says. With your own chauffeur you can stay longer at the lookouts that matter to you, stop for lunch in Lorne or Apollo Bay, take a rainforest walk in the Otways or catch the Twelve Apostles in the late afternoon light.
Comfort for a long day
It is a long round trip, so we use late-model sedans, SUVs and vans with plenty of legroom, climate control and room for coats and camera gear. Groups of up to eleven can travel together in a Mercedes Sprinter.

Frequently Asked Questions
Plan for a full day. The Twelve Apostles are several hours' drive from Melbourne each way, so most tours run between ten and twelve hours door to door.
Great Ocean Road tours are quoted as a full-day booking for your group and vehicle. Every booking is quoted upfront and confirmed in writing before the day, so the price you agree is the price you pay.
Yes. One-way trips, overnight stays along the coast and drop-offs in Geelong or at Avalon Airport can all be arranged.
The road is beautiful all year. Summer brings long evenings at the Twelve Apostles; winter is quieter, with dramatic seas. We are happy to suggest timing when you book.
